Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly and include photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement item or gift as appropriate — no hassle, no runaround.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, that's on us. Get in touch with your order details and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it before it goes out.
